Sara is a native of Minnesota and brings with her a variety of experience in the health and fitness field.  She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Athletic Training and Sports Management.  She is a nationally certified personal trainer with the American Counsel on Exercise (ACE) and APEX through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).  Sara began her love for personal training while participation in college athletics as both a nationally recognized basketball and softball player.  She has over 12 years personal training experience including private clients, small groups, large groups, corporations and various gym chains.  In addition she has also conducted professional seminars on achieving individual’s health, fitness goals and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  Sara also had the privilege of participating in a ten-week national study and infomercial on a new piece of exercise equipment called the “Supertrack 2000”.  I am also a freelance writer focusing on health and fitness topics.  Most recently published in the April 2010 edition of Volleyball Magazine.  Sara is also a fitness figure competitor and is involved in fitness modeling.  Her hobbies include: working out, beach volleyball, snowboarding, running, rollerblading, biking, basketball and softball.  Sara’s approach to life and training is “successful people do what unsuccessful people aren’t willing to do!”
